We do not own or operate these services and are not responsible for their actions or policies.

2️⃣ Booking & Payment Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.

Clients must review and confirm all details accurately.

Payment schedules are set by suppliers. Missed payments may result in cancellation and loss of funds.

Any service fees charged by our agency are non-refundable.

3️⃣ Pricing & Availability

All pricing is subject to change until fully confirmed. Quotes are based on current availability and exchange rates and may shift at any time.

4️⃣ Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Each supplier has their own cancellation/refund policy.

We’ll provide their terms when booking.

Refunds are not guaranteed and may include cancellation or rebooking fees.

Making Waves Travel is not responsible for denied refunds or supplier insolvency.

5️⃣ Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against unexpected events like trip interruptions, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.

If you decline insurance, you’ll be required to sign a waiver releasing us from liability.

6️⃣ Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all travel documents (passports, visas, health records) are valid.
• Complying with all entry/exit requirements.
• Providing accurate personal details and reviewing confirmations carefully.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in denied travel or additional costs.

7️⃣ Force Majeure (Stuff We Can’t Control)

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Pandemics or public health crises
• Supplier bankruptcy or strikes
• Government restrictions
• Acts of war or terrorism

8️⃣ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Making Waves Travel is not responsible for:

• Acts or failures of third-party suppliers
• Losses due to cancellations, delays, or force majeure events
• Any indirect or incidental damages

9️⃣ Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any legal disputes will be handled through mediation or courts in Texas.
